En lighted.

Was she genuinely happy or was it just a phase like before? Not that she was confused or having second thoughts. But, life had other plans for her. Lost in the midst of sheer darkness, she searched for light. Light ? was right in front of her. A voice said "look out, look closely, you'll find it where you want to " She was overwhelmed. Because she had always been deceived,previously. This time she looked carefully. False hopes didn't disappoint her this time. They couldn't, nothing could. She was stronger now.  Yes, she found her light. Finally. She learnt, life does disappoint you, lot of times but that means it has something bigger, better waiting for you to embrace. Be patient. Live life.

The Void

It was a winter morning..the sun was shining bright & its light beams filled up her room..she woke up and checked the time on her phone.a smile crossed over her face..she seemed very happy..although she had no specific plans for that day she dressed up and went out.She felt different,fresh and lively..she knew the reason for her smile,she wanted to talk about it.Her phone beeped..it was a message that she had expected...She felt love after a long time..but,she was confused..was it just because she was alone?? or was it the fear of losing again?? why did she want to hold on tight and never let go? what was it that she felt? love or a mere attraction? she thought she knew but nothing fell into the correct places.She was trapped in the emptiness..darkness fell upon her..her vision seemed to get blurred..

Not meant to be.

She sat there alone staring at the horizon...wishing she could touch it,feel it.Suddenly,something diverts her attention-a little boy playing alone in the park,on the grass which is wet and sparkling after the rain.She seems to like watching him play.He runs around merrily,jumps and then in a blink of eye hurts himself.She rushes towards the boy to help him.He's crying,hurt his knees and some minor bruises on his elbows.She is reminded of something "Minor cuts on the knees were easier to handle than a Broken Heart"
